55 and Alive
The "55 & Alive Ministry" is overseen by Pastor Pete & Pam Meakins. The inward focus of this ministry is to encourage those in our church who are 55 and over. It is our desire to honor them for their sacrifice for furthering the kingdom of God, encourage them in the faith and be available to minister to the unique needs of this group. "55 & Alive" also has an outward focus of serving other ministries of the church. As we serve in the various ministries of our church family, we will have opportunities to train them in the faith and share life experiences with them.
We have monthly activities that foster their spiritual growth, unique topics that are specific to this age group, evangelistic outreaches, and wholesome fellowship that are just down right fun. It is our hope that we build relationships with each other and the rest of the body of Christ.
